What I like about Things is that you can start simple and then as you realise a better way of organising your tasks and projects it will permit you to reflect this in the application almost seamlessly without you having to set stuff up again.
This is the sign of application ‘features’ that have been thought out well. Of course it sync with you phone and all that, as you would expect. Well done! No application will ever be perfect for an individual but Things is as close to perfect for me as any commercial application suite that I have tried for keeping me organised and on track. It has the right balance of simplicity and complexity combined with a beautiful and intuitive interface that makes it a joy to use.
There are a couple of minor issues that I would change such as a greater nesting capacity and the ability to use checklists inside to do items more effectively but there are work arounds. My wife and I share the application and this allows us more effective communication. At its price point, I think it represents great value.
