Today the 5th of February , I noticed that when I click on the “Type here to search” bar, it opens but nothing shows-up. It’s just a grey box. I’ve tried shutting-down my laptop and starting it up again to see if that would work, but it hasn’t. Has anyone else encountered this problem, and if so is there a fix to it?

I’ve included a screenshot below for reference. EDIT: So it turns out I just needed to do the update that’s been rolled-out recently; I can click on the search bar and everything shows-up as it’s supposed to. Was this reply helpful? I’ll submit the feedback right away. I have the exact same issue and more. Quite a few processes are suspended for no reason. I submitted feedback but I didn’t sign in; will I still receive an email or other notification about it?

How long will it take for this issue to be fixed? I’ll update in this thread – I even hit the same issue too. It might take a while to fix as it is early in Redmond.
